Prana, Apana & the Radiant Body Connection

In Kundalini Yoga, the balance of Prana (life force) and Apana (eliminating force) is vital to activating the Radiant Body. When these two energies are in harmony, they merge to awaken Sushumna, the central channel, allowing Kundalini energy to rise and the aura to expand.
