A poem for today...

Leaping, letting go
I dive deep into the unknown…

Fear it rises
Crashes like the waves

I slip into unknowing
Totally unfazed

For I KNOW
I can just let go

Be present
This experience is heaven sent

There is no right
There is no wrong

Just some narrative
Based lamenting song

Within my mind
It’s here I find

All the limitations
Mental perturbations

I choose now
Right here
To let go
Dive deep
Into the depths of my Soul

Out of the spiritual waters
I rise, lifting my voice to the skies

I sing loud the song of
My life

It’s now I realize
No more strife

Illusive separation
Exists no more
I choose to write a new score

I shall sing, dance
Live in great romance

I have finally found
That primordial sound

My truth, my voice,
I have consciously
made the choice

Dive in, swim with the collective
It’s together we can shift the
Energies of direction

This is the adventure
That awaits us all

Let go, jump in
Your journey,

Liberates us all.

What is the Self Illumination Process?

Self Illumination

I created The Self Illumination Process for people that want to live their best life but keep feeling like they are in their own way. You see, I was in my own way for quite a while. I just didn’t realize it until I started shifting my awareness and waking up to HOW I was in my own way.

For me, I was an overthinking, overworking, overachieving perfectionist struggling with anxiety and the concept of “getting it right.” Then one day I had an amazing therapist and we dove into what was actually causing me to overthink, overachieve and struggle with feeling good enough. It was during these years of therapy that I also picked up yoga, meditation and mindfulness. Actually, I was introduced to those tools first but they were not enough for me because they didn’t get to the ROOT of the issue.

That is the entire reason behind this movement. I want to help you get to the ROOT of why you don’t have what you desire most in your life. I am going to offer you a ton of tools and the reason I am going to offer you a TON of tools is because I know they work and illumination is a process of finding the BEST tools for YOU!

I spent years and over $100k on tools, teachings, coaching, therapist and self development courses and what I ultimately discovered is that we are our own best teacher. We are our own GURU. When we take the time to stop all the overthinking and performance drives perfectionism then we are able to start peeling back the layers of our programming and really get to the heart of what is creating the misalignment in our mind, body or spirit.

This is what I call TRUTH. No one can tell you your truth. No one can show you your truth. YOU have to discover it for yourself and thus The Self Illumination Process was born. I want to help humanity wake up. I want to help shift the collective consciousness of our planet to one of peace, love and harmony and I believe that the way to do this is by helping LIGHT you up.

The Self Illumination Process is a movement. It is my movement and I am beyond stoked to get to work with people and help them lighten up. I help overworking, overthinking, perfectionist release anxiety, fear and worry and live a life they are passionate about.

Why do I believe I can do this? I have DONE this for myself and I know this process works and even more than that, the time of the GURU is gone. It’s time for humanity to step up, claim their Divine power and collectively rise to a place of illuminated being. Together we rise. It only takes a single spark to light up the dark.

Lay down what you are carrying. Feel lighter. Shine brighter. Let me show you the way.

I was editing the first book that I wrote today and this really stood out. (getting ready for a re-publish:)

You see most people are going to talk about all kinds of shit but at the end of the day their actions are going to show you who they truly are.

I have worked decades on lining up my words and actions. I actually work on this every single day. Congruency is absolutely necessary for manifesting your heart's desires. Living from the heart means no lies, drama, false, fake bullshit from you or anyone else in your world.

Speaking your truth can be hard. We all got shit to do every day that is challening.

However, not living in alignment is going to be a lot harder than speaking up for yourself and trusting your intuition.

If you don't have your back why would anyone else have it?

You are going to have a lot more fun, experience deeper quality relationships and find the ultimate truth when you start trusting yourself enough to hold boundaries that other people cross based on their fears.

Be different.
Set boundaries.
Be conscious and recognize when things are not in alignment and take the proper action for YOU.

The UNIVERSE has your back especially when you take heart based action for the benefit of all beings everywhere INCLUSIVE of you.

Go LIVE CONSCIOUSLY and watch how things unfold for you. It will be beyond your wildest dreams.

Thoughts on how to truly live on Earth...

A friend of mine recently shared this on Facebook and I thought that I must share it here. Enjoy the read as well as the contemplation this may lead you to practice.

When Einstein gave lectures at U.S. universities, the recurring question that students asked him most was:

- Do you believe in God?

And he always answered:

- I believe in the God of Spinoza.

Baruch de Spinoza was a Dutch philosopher considered one of the great rationalists of 17th century philosophy, along with Descartes.

(Spinoza) : God would say:

"Stop praying.

What I want you to do is go out into the world and enjoy your life. I want you to sing, have fun and enjoy everything I've made for you.

Stop going into those dark, cold temples that you built yourself and saying they are my house. My house is in the mountains, in the woods, rivers, lakes, beaches. That's where I live and there I express my love for you.

Stop blaming me for your miserable life; I never told you there was anything wrong with you or that you were a sinner, or that your sexuality was a bad thing. Sex is a gift I have given you and with which you can express your love, your ecstasy, your joy. So don't blame me for everything they made you believe.

Stop reading alleged sacred scriptures that have nothing to do with me. If you can't read me in a sunrise, in a landscape, in the look of your friends, in your son's eyes... ➤ you will find me in no book!

Stop asking me "will you tell me how to do my job?" Stop being so scared of me. I do not judge you or criticize you, nor get angry, or bothered. I am pure love.

Stop asking for forgiveness, there's nothing to forgive. If I made you... I filled you with passions, limitations, pleasures, feelings, needs, inconsistencies... free will. How can I blame you if you respond to something I put in you? How can I punish you for being the way you are, if I'm the one who made you? Do you think I could create a place to burn all my children who behave badly for the rest of eternity? What kind of god would do that?

Respect your peers and don't do what you don't want for yourself. All I ask is that you pay attention in your life, that alertness is your guide.

My beloved, this life is not a test, not a step on the way, not a rehearsal, nor a prelude to paradise. This life is the only thing here and now and it is all you need.

I have set you absolutely free, no prizes or punishments, no sins or virtues, no one carries a marker, no one keeps a record.

You are absolutely free to create in your life. Heaven or hell.

➤ I can't tell you if there's anything after this life but I can give you a tip. Live as if there is not. As if this is your only chance to enjoy, to love, to exist.

So, if there's nothing after, then you will have enjoyed the opportunity I gave you. And if there is, rest assured that I won't ask if you behaved right or wrong, I'll ask. Did you like it? Did you have fun? What did you enjoy the most? What did you learn?...

Stop believing in me; believing is assuming, guessing, imagining. I don't want you to believe in me, I want you to believe in you. I want you to feel me in you when you kiss your beloved, when you tuck in your little girl, when you caress your dog, when you bathe in the sea.

Stop praising me, what kind of egomaniac God do you think I am?

I'm bored being praised. I'm tired of being thanked. Feeling grateful? Prove it by taking care of yourself, your health, your relationships, the world. Express your joy! That's the way to praise me.

Stop complicating things and repeating as a parakeet what you've been taught about me.

What do you need more miracles for? So many explanations?

The only thing for sure is that you are here, that you are alive, that this world is full of wonders."
