For years, I looked at photos like this in books.

And for many years while I was a photographer and studied in school for photography, I dreamt of being like Ansel Adams and capturing that moment for others that was so tangible in the heart space so inspiring and to share that as a reminder of this precious gift of life.

This photo is a reminder to get out there. Make your life breathtakingly beautiful.

Do the things your heart 💜 guides you to do. Even when your mind doesn’t understand.

We are all going to die but not all of us really LIVE while we are here.

Your birthright...

You can grow through ease and grace by simply choosing to be the highest frequency in the room. 

You deserve to live a life where you trust yourself. A life of congruence and clarity.

Think about your intention as an umbrella. Anything that is not in alignment with your intention doesn’t get to be under the umbrella.(on or off the radar of your awareness)

Imagine consciously choosing (not reactively choosing) every aspect of your life so that when things happen beyond your mind brain’s narrative you are rock solid in your clarity and in your knowing.

Imagine an unshakeable foundation of confidence and faith. 

 You deserve to live this way. It’s your birthright.

Your choice is your superpower.

I spent over a decade and a half doing things that were not in alignment with my heart's desires because I had been told repeatedly that following my heart wouldn’t work in business or life. WTF?!

When you realize that your focus, your choice and your sovereignty are superpowers you will never let someone else’s ideas, programs or patterns direct your life energy.

You will empower yourself to trust your inner knowing. You will begin to realize that your true power resides within the sovereign nature of your Spirit.

If you stay in the “always learning” and not integrating then you are literally polluting your mind with data. Not to mention messing with your nervous system!

Unused and unprocessed data goes straight to the subconscious mind and often is something we use AGAINST ourselves.

You know what I am talking about here. You might hear yourself say things like, “I know what to do but I am just not doing it.”

This is the perfect example of how we beat ourselves up with unintegrated information.

Taking time to integrate, connect and apply your learning is what actually provides you with wisdom.

Deliberately holding space for yourself creates the transformation from learning to KNOWING.
